Josh Herndon has been here at Union Hill since Nov. of 2004. He's been full time preaching since 1998. He grew up working on a farm outside of Murray, Kentucky. He went to school at Murray State University for 2 years (majoring in Music), but then transferred to Freed-Hardeman University. He graduated from Freed with a B.S. in Bible. He married the lovely Kacie Lovett in March of 2005, and they live in the house next door to the church building. Outside of preaching, teaching, and playing XBOX, Josh enjoys long walks on the beach (but there's no beaches around here), playing with his dog (but he doesn't have one), and going to the lake (in the boat he doesn't have). And although referring to yourself in the third person is fun, I have to say that being here with these people at Union Hill has led to the greatest growth in my Christian life, thus far.
